We had a really great time at NRMA Myall Shores. The beautiful lakefront location made for a stunning backdrop, and the amenities were quite good, though some were a bit basic. The cabins were stylish and perfect for relaxation, but I wish there were more dining options nearby outside of the cafe hours. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and the friendly staff really added to our stay.
Rooms
7.0
The Lakefront villa was comfortable with a good-sized fridge and a usable kitchen. However, there were some minor issues like a broken light switch and loose shower screen that needed attention.
Service
8.0
The reception staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with helpful tips and even lending us DVDs.
Location
8.0
The holiday park is perfectly located on the serene Myall Lake, surrounded by nature and wildlife, but it is quite isolated, making some attractions a bit of a journey.
Dining
6.0
While the cafe served pizza, options were limited, especially late at night, which was a downside. I appreciated the affordable meals but wished for more variety.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities were well-kept, and having BBQ facilities was a big plus, but it could use more activities on-site, like canoe or kayak rentals.

I had a lovely stay at the park. The villa I stayed in offered stunning lakefront views and was equipped with a full kitchen, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, my overall experience was slightly marred by the service at the reception, as there were some issues with my site booking that were quite frustrating. While the surroundings were gorgeous and peaceful, I did encounter some potholes on the road to get there, which made the journey a bit shaky. Overall, it's a beautiful spot worth the visit despite the hiccups.

While most staff was helpful, I faced a bit of an inconvenience with my site assignment at reception which left me feeling disappointed.

The park is set in a beautiful location, right by a stunning lake, which is a huge plus. The large waterfront tent sites are great for outdoor activities, but the overall service left much to be desired and the amenities could use some serious maintenance. While the new managers are trying their best, the condition of the facilities and roads need significant attention, making it hard to fully enjoy the experience.
Rooms
7.0
I stayed in a cabin which was comfortable and clean, but it felt a bit crowded with the cabins being closely packed together. It could have been better stocked with essentials like crockery and cutlery.
Service
5.0
While the new managers were polite and doing their best, overall service was lacking. Some staff members seemed disinterested, which was disappointing when trying to get assistance.
Location
9.0
The location is beautiful, nested beside a serene lake and surrounded by nature, making it a lovely escape from the everyday hustle and bustle.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining options to be overpriced and not very satisfying, which was a letdown during my stay.
Facilities
5.0
The amenities were in dire need of maintenance; the pool was unsafe, and many facilities looked tired and poorly cared for. The road to the park was also in bad shape, making access difficult.

Myall Shores offers a stunning location right by the water, perfect for a weekend getaway with family. The park is clean and has great amenities, but some areas, especially the dining options and service at times, can use improvement. Overall, it's a lovely place to relax, but there are a few hiccups that could be addressed to make it even better.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms are basic but comfortable with good facilities for a family stay.
Service

While some staff were friendly, there were instances of rudeness that dampened the experience.

The location is absolutely beautiful, set in a gated area surrounded by bushland and right by the lake, which is perfect for outdoor activities.

The dining experience could be better; while the cafe offers good food, it often feels overpriced and the coffee wasn't great.

My recent stay was a mix of great outdoor experiences and some unfortunate trouble with the facilities. The waterfront tent sites were spacious and ideal for watersports, but I struggled with some amenities that didn't live up to the advertising. The location near the lake provides beautiful views, but the lack of pest control and basic kitchen supplies was a downside.
Rooms
8.0
The tent sites were large and offered great views, making for a pleasant stay despite some windy conditions.
Service
7.0
While the new caretakers were outstanding and made us feel welcome, the overall maintenance seemed lacking, which was disappointing.
Location

Located right by the lake, it's a perfect spot for relaxation and outdoor activities, though it feels a bit remote.
Dining
Facilities

Facilities could use improvement as some advertised features were not available or poorly maintained, such as limited BBQ options and kitchen supplies.
